Let’s talk about stress. It seems to be something that I’ll have to work on forever. As someone who’s overwhelmed pretty easily, I constantly have to keep track of my stress levels. With every year that goes by, I feel like I have to get more creative about the tools and ways I manage and reduce stress.
You guys, I know, it’s been a while. Again. I guess I’m still learning to set boundaries and actively prioritize the things I love. I’ll get there eventually…
As my skin has been a huge topic for me lately – finally in a more positive context, I’d like to talk about a few things I wish I’d known sooner (like in my teens and my early twenties) that I just discovered recently. Read More
Quite a lot of time has passed since I uploaded my last blog post. Again. I guess I’m still learning to adapt to the ebbs and flows of life and how to mindfully manage the inevitable changes that come with it. It always comes back to that practice of mindfulness.

I learned a lot from that experience, especially regarding the way I handle stress. Read More

I tried oil pulling for the first time a few years ago. It surely was before I became interested in doing a yoga teacher training, where I learned more about Ayurvedic cleansing techniques.
Honestly, I guess back then it simply caught my attention that it’s supposed to whiten your teeth naturally. Read More
